Valentino was arrested August 10, 1991, just a few hours after the shooting. He's clothes and cars were confiscated and taken to the lab for forensic testing. He was also asked if he would take a polygraph test. He responded he would take any test they wanted because he did not commit the crime. When the results from his clothes and cars came back negative for gun powder and blood from the victims, they didn't bother giving him the polygraph test. On January 28th, 2005, Valentino took an advanced Polygraph Analysis Test, he was asked the following questions (attached) and passed. Antoine Shannon (Valentino's half brother), who was a witness and who could also provide a motive for the shooting, took a Polygraph test on February 1st, 2005, his questions are also attached below, Shannon passed his test.
