Just 2 days after the shooting, Lamarr Scott came forth and confessed to WGRZ TV reporter Wanda Stark, while live on camera Scott recalled the events of that early morning. The confession was never aired because the District Attorney's office called the TV station and told them not to air the tape. Scott along with other witnesses were waiting to be called to testify at Valentino's trial but were never called. It was never revealed to the Jury that Scott confessed.
